Program Name

Family Prayer Ministry — SMS Prayer Alert Program

Program Description

Family Prayer Ministry ("FPM") operates an SMS prayer alert program that sends text message notifications to approved members who have explicitly opted in to receive them. Messages notify members of newly published prayer requests, prayer bundles, and related intercession needs within the Family Prayer Ministry community.

This is a transactional/informational messaging program. No promotional or marketing messages are sent. Family Prayer Ministry does not solicit funds and there is no cost to participate beyond standard carrier message and data rates.

Who Sends the Messages

Messages are sent by Family Prayer Ministry (https://familyprayerministry.org), operated by William Trudeau. Messages are delivered via Twilio using a dedicated 10DLC registered phone number.

How to Opt In

Members may opt in to SMS prayer alerts through either of the following methods:

• Membership application: During the subscription application process at https://familyprayerministry.org/subscribe/, applicants may check the optional SMS consent checkbox: "I agree to receive prayer alert text messages from Family Prayer Ministry." This checkbox is unchecked by default and is separate from the Statement of Faith agreement.
• My Account page: Approved members may enable or disable SMS alerts at any time through their My Account page by checking or unchecking the SMS opt-in toggle under Notification Preferences.

Opting in to SMS alerts is entirely voluntary. It is not required to complete the membership application or to access any ministry services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on prayer requests submitted to the ministry. Members typically receive between 1 and 5 messages per week. Family Prayer Ministry will not send unsolicited messages.

Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Family Prayer Ministry does not charge any fee for this program.

How to Opt Out

You may opt out of SMS prayer alerts at any time using any of the following methods:

• Reply STOP to any message — you will be immediately unsubscribed and will receive no further messages.
• Disable the SMS opt-in toggle on your My Account page.

After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. No further messages will be sent.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.

Privacy

Your phone number and SMS opt-in consent are used solely to deliver prayer alert messages to you. This information is not sold, shared, or transferred to any third party for marketing or promotional purposes. Changes to These Terms

Family Prayer Ministry may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
