Our Oversight Team

A group of like-minded brothers who provide spiritual oversight and volunteer their time without financial remuneration.

Accountability & Oversight

Led by Servant Hearts

We observe that Paul was intentional in enlisting several brethren to help oversee and manage the gift of charity. Following his example, the Family Prayer Ministry is supported by a group of like-minded brothers who provide spiritual oversight.

"Providing for honest things, not only in the sight of the Lord, but also in the sight of men."

Every prayer request, regardless of how it is presented, will first be reviewed by the leadership team before being shared with our fellow prayer partners. The leadership team will assess whether a particular prayer need aligns with the focus of this ministry, seeking the guidance of the Holy Spirit to provide the necessary discernment.

The oversight team is guided by the same principles Paul established in his management of the charitable relief effort for the Judean saints.

Not by commandment — all participation flows from willing hearts, not obligation or compulsion.

Providing for honest things in the sight of the Lord and in the sight of men.

Prayerful Discernment

Seeking the guidance of the Holy Spirit in assessing and communicating prayer needs.

No Financial Motive

This ministry never appeals for funds. The oversight team serves without financial remuneration.

Operating in transparent harmony with local church leadership and their delegated authority.
